The Senator Guest Suites

Third floor suite has charming architectural features including dormer windows and turret. The turret space is a cozy spot to sit and view the local scene below. 

The nicely tiled kitchen/dining area has all the essentials for meal preparation. A sumptuous bedroom has an ensuite whirlpool tub for two. The queen sized bed has a posturepedic mattress to help you sleep soundly. There is also a clawfoot tub and shower in the bathroom.

Great accommodation for couples, solo adventurers or business travellers.

This historic boutique-style apartment hotel ...

This historic boutique-style apartment hotel is right in the hear of Liverpool, which is an ideal location for exploring the South Shore and even the Western Shore of Nova Scotia. It oozes charm and has maintained most of the original features, but is also equipped with the necessary modern conveniences. There’s an amazing bakery across the street, a lovely cafe half a block away, with river glimpses and the hotel is surrounded by architecture from a by-gone era.

Allen, the host, is an excellent communicator and has a genuinely caring attitude. And Penny, his ‘right hand’ was constantly checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I can’t say enough about them as hosts.

I loved staying at this Airbnb.

I loved staying at this Airbnb. I get to Liverpool a few times a year and only just discovered it. It has really added to my enjoyment of my stay. It’s like being in a home away from home. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with the basics. The building is quite wonderful; it was a treat to spend time in it. The location is as central as it gets. You can hear some traffic in the day but it’s very quiet at night. And Liverpool is a gem. Not yet overly tourist-y and lots of walking and beach opportunities. I will definitely return. Although I did not get to meet Allen he was still a very thoughtful and responsive host.

This was a beautiful airbnb. It was a great place to escape for a few days to relax. There are restaurants, shops, and a craft brewery, all in very close walking distance!

Allen was very quick with responses, friendly, and helpful with recommendations in the area. I’ll definitely be back!
